Proposed Coastal Plan further submissions

The Taranaki Regional Council invites further submissions on the Proposed Coastal Plan for Taranaki. These can be made by any person if you represent a relevant aspect of the public interest; or if you have an interest in the Proposed Coastal Plan for Taranaki greater than the interest that the general public has. A further submission may only express support or opposition for an existing matter raised. It must not raise any new points. In addition, the submitter must serve a copy of their submission on the person who made the submission to which the further submission relates. The closing date is 4 August 2018.

Representation Review 2018

The Taranaki Regional Council has reviewed its representation arrangements and adopted a proposal for the Councils local government elections to be held on 12 October 2019. This public notice and supporting documentation outline the proposal and the public submission process. Submissions must be received by 5pm on Friday 10 August 2018.

Mt Messenger Bypass RMA applications engagement

Decision on Regional Pest Management Plan for Taranaki - November 2017

The Taranaki Regional Council hereby notifies that, pursuant tosection 75(4) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, it has decided and agreed to adopt the Regional Pest Management Plan for Taranaki, which sets out the powers and rules to prevent, reduce, or eliminate the adverse effects of 16 targeted pests in the region.
