Executive summary
The New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) operates a regional landfill

Noted that Suzy has found out “There is no specific legislative
records began on 1 July 2002. The fact that so
few limits were breached indicates very good management of the scheme.
There are certain operational requirements also set by consents, which require flushing flows of 400 L/s to
be released down the residual flow reach once the Tariki Weir has not naturally overtopped for 30 days, and
that once flows in the Waitara River at the Bertrand Road bridge drop below 5,000 L/s that either the
abstracted water is passed continuously through the lake, or

contractor. Mayor Volzke concurred that due to a decrease in the quality of the
unsealed portion of SH43, vehicle punctures were becoming more common. The

SH43, estimated at around $9M. The Committee recalled receiving an estimation of
costs in 2012 of

within the Waitara catchment, Taranaki. These sites are located on adjoining properties off
Derby Road North and Surrey Road respectively. Analytically quantified drilling waste
consisting of water based and synthetic based muds are stockpiled at each facility prior to
application across defined paddocks at specific, conditional concentrations.
