Anyone living in the Taranaki region with an impairment that a ects their ability to use public
transport can apply to join the Total Mobility Scheme.
An eligible person must have an impairment that prevents them from undertaking any one or
more of the following components of a journey using public passenger transport, (in Taranaki
that is a bus journey), unaccompanied and without assistance, in a safe and dignified manner:

First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA), to adopt the

We prefer applicants to submit a digital photo via
email to transport@trc.govt.nz. The photo should
include the applicant’s head and shoulders with
enough background for sizing and cropping.
If
many kilometres of the river as its
south-eastern boundary, has its interest recorded in the Taranaki Regional

1 Introduction
This Statement of Intent is a declaration of the activities and intentions of Regional Software
Holdings Limited (RSHL). The statement outlines the Directors’ accountabilities to the shareholders
for corporate performance, as is intended by Schedule 8 of the
