The Trust will not acquire or subscribe for any share issues.
Activities for which Compensation is Sought
The Taranaki Regional Council will fund the Trust for the maintenance and long-term development
of the Stadium and the operation of the Trust. There are currently no other activities for which
compensation is sought from the Taranaki Regional Council.

The new requirements are far-reaching and should not be ignored. If your farm or business is undertaking or
planning operational changes or developments involving any aspect of fresh water or waterways, you should
check if they apply. Even if you haven’t needed a resource consent for such work in the past, it’s important you
talk to Council staff.
The changes summarised below are of particular relevance to Taranaki:
Natural wetlands
Wetlands,
chronic odour effects beyond the
boundary of the site. I agree with the other experts and Council that off-
site odour concentrations will decrease as compared with historic
operations, due to the proposed farm upgrades and conversion to free
range, as such I consider that future acute off-site effects are unlikely.
However, I am uncertain as to whether or not the farm changes will
sufficiently reduce observable off-site odour to below the level of detection
or low enough that it would be acceptable

During the period under review there were several instances of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD)
concentrations in excess of consented limits, with an associated elevation in levels of BOD found in the
receiving waters during one of the wet weather surveys.
In the period under review the instream dissolved zinc and copper concentrations met the appropriate
USEPA acute or chronic exposure guidelines in all 18 samples. None of the 18 instream samples
