replacement regional landfill once
the facility at Colson Road, New Plymouth has reached capacity. As it is now expected that the Colson Road
landfill will be closing at the end of June 2019, detailed planning has started for the facility. This report for
the period July 2017 to June 2018 describes the baseline monitoring programme implemented by the
Taranaki Regional Council (the Council).
STDC holds a total of five consents which contain a total of 77 special conditions. These consents cover all
