There were two unauthorised incidents recorded that were associated with the consents covered by this
report which resulted in further enforcement action, with two abatement notices being issued.
During the period under review, Bunnings Limited demonstrated a good level of environmental and high
administrative performance and compliance with their resource consent and RFWP as defined in Appendix
II.

In preparing for the consultations that would determine service levels as requested by our community and
to understand our community’s land transport aspirations, we held a number of community consultations in
2023 such as the Road Ahead engagement in March and April and the Better Travel Choices consultation in
September and October.

Due to repair works on SH3/Dudley Road from Monday 12
April till Saturday 17 April (weather permitting), the
SOUTHBOUND Connector will follow the detour in place via
Kaimata Road.
Works will be daily from 7am till 7pm and will create an
anticipated delay of around 10minutes.
