The National Environmental Standards for Plantation Forestry (NES-PF) came into effect on 1 May 2018. These are a single set of regulations under the Resource Management Act that apply to foresters throughout New Zealand. If you have a forestry block larger than one hectare that was planted specifically for commercial activities and harvest, then the NES-PF applies to you. The NES-PF sets out rules for eight plantation forestry activities: Afforestation.

All applicants need to respond to all of the questions. If a particular section is not applicable to your

and environmental effects of STDC’s activities in relation to the Hawera Wastewater
Treatment Plant (HWWTP).
STDC holds two resource consents which include a total of 26 conditions setting out the
requirements that STDC must satisfy. STDC holds consent 5079-1 for operation of the
Hawera oxidation ponds system, and consent 7520-1 to discharge to an unnamed stream in
the event of high rainfall. Monitoring was performed to
formed on 17 October 2012. At the time of formation, the company issued
10,000 shares to its shareholders based on a previously agreed sizing formula.
As part of the restructure of the Company and adoption of a new shareholders’ agreement and constitution the Company:
• Issued a single Class A “Controlling” Share to each existing shareholder of the Company.
• Created a Class B shareholding which will hold the ownership rights over IRIS classic. All Ordinary Shares in the Company
were
to be a significant transition process and officials will be looking
for three pilot regions to lead the spatial planning change and then extend it to
other regions.
• Regional Planning Committees will be formed and will undertake development of
plans. These committees will consist of a minimum of six members (one from each
Council and two Iwi representatives). Can see this working well in the smaller
regions but not so much in larger regions. The Committee can call for
submissions.
