Shell Exploration NZ Limited operates a
Stadium Taranaki – the best regional stadium in Aotearoa/New Zealand. The rebuilt East Stand and the redeveloped West Stand. The venue has capacity for 22,000 fans and is scalable to the same as the old stadium for major sporting events. Ngāti Te Whiti hosted a blessing of the new stand in April 2025. Taranaki Regional Council has worked closely with the hapū on the design of the East Stand and users will see this through the many cultural design elements in the new facility. The new East Stand

Executive summary
Remediation New Zealand Ltd (the Company) operates a composting facility which produces compost
under the brand name Revital Fertilisers and a worm farm which produces vermicast. It is located on State
Highway 3, Mokau Road, Uruti, Taranaki.
During the
exploration site located along Cross Road,
within the Stratford district, in the Waitara catchment. The site is called Southern Cross
wellsite. This report covers the period from February 2014 to July 2014. During this period, a
wellsite was established with one well drilled, side-tracked, plugged and abandoned.
This report for TAG Oil (NZ) Limited describes the monitoring programme implemented by
the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) to assess TAG Oil (NZ) Limited’s
environmental
toward a producing well and upward through the wellbore itself.
A schematic representation of injection wells for both waste discharge and enhanced oil
recovery is presented in Figure 1.
Further details regarding hydrocarbon exploration and production in Taranaki, the
DWI process and its history within the region can be found in previous compliance
reports published by the Council (see Bibliography).
