TOTAL MOBILITY CLIENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using your Total Mobility Card.
General Terms
1. The Total Mobility scheme (the Scheme) is administered by the Taranaki Regional Council
(the Council). It is an alternative transport service to public transport such as buses, trains,
or ferries, for people with impairments.
2. By accepting and using the Total Mobility (TM) card you are
four years to complete. Depending on the
remediation solutions selected, aspects of the remediation may continue beyond that
timeframe These time frames are estimates only and will depend on the complexity of the
site, the nature of any contamination, and available options to remediate the site.
Taranaki Regional Council (TRC) and New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) as the
regulatory authorities, with iwi/hapū, will work alongside and in consultation with Dow
throughout the life of the
national and regional, policies and regulations with a
particular emphasis on riparian management, intensive winter grazing, biodiversity enhancement
and wetland protection.
The Land Management Team Leader - Riparian will:
Lead and coordinate the Riparian team, managing performance, setting clear expectations,
and providing mentoring and development opportunities.
Contribute to the strategic leadership and direction of the Riparian team and implementation
of the Taranaki Regional
