4.1 Ms F Ritson. Policy Analyst, Taranaki Regional Council, spoke to the memorandum
advising Members of the release of the Regional Land Transport Plan for Taranaki
2021/22-2026/27 (the RLTP or the Plan),including related next steps.
4.2 Ms L Stewart, Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, informed that the concerns raised
have been heard and a team has been put in place to look at the process going
forward.

That the Taranaki Regional Transport
vacancies to be filled, an election will be held between the listed
candidates on Saturday, 12 October 2019, under the first past the post voting electoral system by postal vote.
Return of voting documents
Voting documents must be returned not later than
noon, Saturday, 12 October 2019 to the electoral officer
of each constituent territorial authority.
Voting documents can be returned by post or hand

That all the authorities of this Uruti Revital site who monitor, or should be
monitoring the operation for compliance, who have let this happen. Taranaki
Regional Council, New Plymouth District Council and the Medical
of the natural environment possess a life
force, or mouri. This is a critical element of the spiritual relationship of Te Atiawa to the
Waitara River which has a spiritual force and personality of its own.
The Waitara River has been, and continues to be an integral part of the social, spiritual and
physical fabric of Te Atiawa and is celebrated in karakia, waiata and pepeha.
