Bits ‘n’ Pieces
By the time you read this newsletter you will
know who has won the Rugby World Cup, one
way or the other the event was a huge success.
As you know the three games in New Plymouth
went off virtually without a hitch, much to the
relief of many, including those at the Council
charged with scheduling bus services to and
from the stadium on match days.

Internal roads and tracks are to be maintained to ensure that silt or split waste does not
enter the Haehunga Stream. The Site Manager to check the tracks daily during rain events
otherwise weekly.

3.0 Site Management
3.1 Composting Process
3.1.1 Temperature
The Site Manager to ensure windrow temperatures are kept
navigation, provided that this shall not apply in the case
of:
(i) navigation aids; or
(ii) lighting required under the Acts of Parliament for the safety of ships or offshore
installations and aircraft.
4.4.3 Noise
(a) Activities (excluding construction, maintenance and demolition work and temporary
military training) in the coastal marine area should not create noise that exceeds the
following limits when measured at the boundary of the nearest affected property:
Monday to Friday 7am to
any hearing. However, you
will still retain your right to appeal any decision made by the Council.
If others make a similar submission, I/we will consider
presenting a joint case with them at the hearing.
