currently in use, or the ability of the receiving formation to accept injected fluids. The results of
groundwater quality monitoring undertaken show no adverse effects of the activity at monitored locations.
Inspections undertaken during the monitoring year found the site being operated in a professional manner
and there were no Unauthorised Incidents in relation to the Company’s DWI consents.

During the year under review Todd Energy Limited demonstrated a high level of
environmental performance and a high level of administrative performance and compliance

1 Introduction
1.1 Compliance monitoring programme reports and the Resource
Management Act 1991
1.1.1 Introduction
This report is for the period July 2018 to June 2019 by the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) on the
monitoring programme associated with resource consents held by Waste Remediation Services Ltd here
after referred to as (WRS) or (the Company). The Company operates a landfarm situated on Lower Manutahi
Road at Manutahi,

environment.
Section 4 presents recommendations to be implemented in the 2013-2014 monitoring
year.
