Recommended
That the Taranaki Civil Defence Emergency Management Joint Committee:
a) takes as read and confirmed the minutes and resolutions of the Taranaki Civil
Defence Emergency Management Group Joint Committee held at the Taranaki
Regional Council, 47 Cloten Road, Stratford 12 August 2022 at 10.30am

Taranaki Regional Transport Committee:
a) received the Participation of Advisory Members (Non-voting) on the Regional Transport
Committee memorandum
b) noted and considered the options available for the inclusion of Advisory Members
(non-voting) at either the RTC or RTAG meetings
c) requested that a paper be presented to the next committee meeting outlining
proposed advisory members for the RTC and RTAG would look like
d) noted that Advisory Members will have speaking rights at
public conduct of whole or relevant part of the proceedings of the meeting would be
like to result in the disclosure of information where such disclosure would likely to prejudice the
maintenance of the law, including the prevention, investigation and detection of offences and
the right to a fair trial.
