located at Bell Block, in the Mangaone and Mangati catchments. Processing of copper and
brass (copper/zinc) at the metal melting and extrusion plant ceased in June 2002 and January
2003 respectively. The Company holds resource consents to allow it to discharge into the
Mangaone and Mangati streams, and to discharge emissions into the air. This report for the
period July 2012-June 2013 describes the monitoring programme implemented by the Taranaki
Regional Council to
