New Zealand Energy Corporation (the Company) and its subsidiaries operate the Tariki, Toko, Waihapa and
Waitapu wellsites. This report for the period July 2021 to June 2022 describes the monitoring programme
implemented by the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) in relation to the Company’s deep well injection
(DWI) activities. The report details the results of the monitoring undertaken, assesses the Company’s
period, the Company demonstrated an overall good level of environmental
performance and an overall improvement required level of administrative performance.

Regional Council (the Council) in relation to the programme of
