This report is for the period July 2022 to June 2023 by the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) on the
monitoring programme associated with resource consents held by two concrete batching plants in the

South Taranaki District Council (STDC) operates a municipal wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) located on
