Council monitoring has focused on dispersion of these emissions
from point of discharge out to the boundary. It is hard to
conceive that odour concentrations would subsequently
increase. On-property monitoring has been from the road side to
around the sheds and the property boundary, and so
attenuation over an extended distance has been routinely part
of the Council assessment.

It appears that at 2011
fans. It
is clear from Photo 9 in the Section 42a Report (reproduced below) that
there is dust discharged out of the current wall fans, a white strip of dust
is noticeable on the site access road and there is a coating of dust on the
shade cloth fences adjacent to each fan.
8.18 Any dust in the ventilated air will be discharged out of the roof stacks. With
the elevated discharges the dust will travel further from the sheds and
potentially deposit on adjacent properties. I note that

South Taranaki water supplies report
the Kaimiro Production Station situated on Upland Road at Inglewood, in
the Waiongana catchment. GPL also operates the Ngatoro-A and Ngatoro-B producing wellsites. The
Ngatoro-A wellsite is located on Upper Dudley Road and the Ngatoro-B wellsite is located on Bedford Road.
Both of these sites are at Inglewood, in the Waitara catchment. A further 23 wellsites are monitored annually
in conjunction with the Kaimiro Production Station.
