NP Waste Water Treatment Plant consent monitoring 2017-2018

Council, iwi and interested parties regarding the operation and monitoring of the consent. Condition 24 is a review provision. NPDC holds discharge permit 2982-4 to cover the discharge of up to 60 m3/day of leachate from a sludge stabilisation lagoon to groundwater in the vicinity of the Waiwhakaiho River. This permit was issued by the Council on 17 October 2002 under Section 87(e) of the RMA. It is due to expire on 1 June 2020. There are five special conditions attached to the permit.
