7.1 Councillor D N McLeod, Chairman, spoke to the memorandum to receive and confirm
iwi appointments to the Consents and Regulatory Committee and Policy and Planning
Committee.
7.2 It was noted that a Powhiri is being held to welcome the new Iwi Appointments on
Tuesday 3 March, 10am.
