3. Update on Old Man’s Beard Control Programme
3.1 Mr D R Harrison, Director - Operations, spoke to the memorandum to update
Members' on the progress that the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) has made
with the implementation of the Old

As a general rule, farm dairy effluent must be discharged to land. Key points
