Schedule 3 – Coastal water quality
This schedule identifies the areas within the coastal marine area where providing for consented discharges has lead to localised degradation of water quality, resulting in restrictions to
shellfish gathering and recreational bathing. Restrictions may also occur in other areas of the coast as a result of unauthorised discharges or
the in-vehicle
equipment you will be contacted and can receive
a refund from the transport operator.
If your card is lost or stolen phone the Council
on 0800 868 662. There is a $5 charge for a
replacement card so please keep your card in a
safe place. Until you receive a new card you will
have to pay the full fare.

lakes with highly modified margins.
Nukuhau Lakes 4 ha A fringe of one or two metres wide around the lake edge consisting
of toetoe-raupo/giant umbrella sedge grassland, raupo reedland
and pukatea treeland.
Six small lakes in two adjacent gullies formed by slipping and
slumping which has dammed the gullies near the heads, impeding
drainage and forming the lakes. The edges are abrupt with steep
surrounding land, with shallow arms which have become eutrophic.
The catchments are

9.2 It was noted that the Council has been encouraging plan holders to complete their
