We’d welcome your feedback on any
or all of these issues. They’re all
produced by the Environment Court 2014 and
have prepared my evidence in accordance with those rules. My
qualifications as an expert are set out above.

within my area of expertise.
8 I have not omitted to consider material facts known to me that might
alter or detract from the opinions expressed. I have specified where
my opinion is based on limited or partial information and identified
any assumptions I have made in
circumstances – guidance for each animal can be
found later in this factsheet.
Sheep and other animals are not included. The
Regulations also do not apply to beef and deer that
are not on low slope land or are not intensively
grazing.
What waterbodies must stock be
excluded from?
The Regulations apply to any lake, natural wetland
and any river that is wider than 1 metre anywhere in
the land parcel (measured as the bed width bank-to-
bank).
Tributaries are not

who are educating and advocating for Maori Wards or Constituency for all

the Local Government Act 2002

Herbivores - High The property lies outside the self help possum boundary. The back
block and roadside blocks are mostly or fully fenced to exclude
stock, while the middle block is able to be accessed by stock and
has evidently been grazed through.
Habitat Modification - Medium The back block and roadside blocks are mostly or fully fenced to
exclude stock. Remaining areas will be proposed to be fenced in

or intact'. Is close to, and the same forest type as an area identified
as a priority representative site for management.
Sustainability - Positive In good vegetative condition. Key
oxides were all below levels of concern at the time of sampling. No offensive
or objectionable odours were detected beyond the boundary during inspections and there were no
complaints in relation to air emissions from the site.
During the year, the Company demonstrated an overall high level of both environmental performance and
administrative compliance with the resource consents. There were no unauthorised incidents recorded by
the Council in relation to the Company’s activities.
