1.27 Mr Bedford has made additional odour observations off-site in response
to the concerns I raised in my evidence and via the McDonalds in
communications with them. I note that on 8th Feb Council officers did
detect odour on the McDonald property at Mr McDonalds office (place of
work) which was described as
