replace the resource consents (the expired consents) that enable the operation of
the Motukawa Hydroelectric Power Scheme

Recommendations
That the Taranaki Regional Council:
a) takes as read and confirms the minutes of the Operations And Regulatory Committee
meeting of the Taranaki Regional Council held in the Taranaki Regional
Regional Council (the Council) to assess the Company’s environmental and consent compliance
performance during the period under review. The report also details the results of the monitoring
undertaken and assesses the environmental effects of the Company’s activities.
The Company holds three resource consents related to this report, which include a total of 29 conditions
setting out the requirements that the Company must satisfy. The Company holds one consent to dredge
