Resolved
That the Taranaki Regional Council:
a) takes as read and confirms the minutes and resolutions of the Ordinary meeting of
the Taranaki Regional Council held in at the Taranaki Regional Council chambers,
47 Cloten Road, Stratford on Tuesday 6 April 2021 at 10.30am
b) takes as read and confirms the minutes and resolutions of the Ordinary meeting of
the Taranaki Regional Council held
To mark the completion of Stadium Taranaki, we held an Extravaganza on 4 May and the Yarrows Taranaki Bulls Ranfurly Shield defence on 11 June will be free. 11 June - Free tickets to Bulls v Rams Ranfurly Shield game It's Your house and our shout on 11 June when you can see the Yarrows Taranaki Bulls defend the Ranfurly Shield for free! Get your free tickets here and watch the Bulls take on the King Country Rams at the awesome redeveloped Stadium Taranaki. There are free buses provided by the
prepared by the Taranaki Regional Council under section 65 and the
First Schedule to the Resource Management Act 1991.
The Taranaki Regional Council approved the Regional Air Quality Plan for Taranaki on 28 June 2011 and it
became operative on 25 July 2011.

1. Hearing of submissions on the Māori Constituency
1.1 Members of the Taranaki Regional Council heard from
guidelines of contaminants during cold
and wet weather, and indeed even during flood flows in summer. The overland flow of
rainwater across agricultural land and urban landscapes may easily pick up high levels of
the bacteria that are then deposited into our nearest waterways.
The NPS-FM directs all regional councils (including unitary authorities) to set regional
targets to improve the quality of fresh water so rivers and lakes are suitable for primary
contact more often.

That the Taranaki Regional Transport Committee:
a)
The Taranaki Regional Council owns 100% of Port Taranaki Ltd on behalf of the people of the region. Bulk goods, including petrochemicals, logs, fertilisers and stock feed, make up the majority of trade through Port Taranaki. The port is a core component of the region’s transport infrastructure and makes a significant contribution to the regional economy. And its annual dividends to the Council help to offset rates and are a major factor in our status as one of the country’s lowest rating local
