Plan requires a resource consent for any

To protect trout habitat, the Regional
Freshwater Plan also excludes instream
works from 1 May to 31 October, unless
the Taranaki Fish and Game Council
approves their specific location.

conference held recently in the Hague. The New Zealand contingent of 18 personnel, from
