This consultation is open for submissions until 4pm Saturday 16 March 2024.

Have your say on the region’s transport priorities for the next 10 years.

We’re talking about transport infrastructure (roads, highways, shared paths and bus shelters etc.) public transport and connecting links.

Together, we need to decide how best to invest time and money in these areas to ensure Taranaki can remain vibrant, resilient and connected amidst the challenges brought by climate change, economic disruptions and transformation, population shifts and any natural crises that may arise.

Use the form below to make a submission on our Draft Regional Land Transport Plan 2024.

Before you start

Our conversation here is about the region’s wider plans and goals relating to the transport network. It’s not a discussion about the state of the roads or the bus services you use.

District councils are responsible for local roads, and they will all be consulting the public shortly on their Long-Term Plans, so keep an eye on your local council’s website.
