Council plan provisions (controlled activities) and consent processes, including
parameters before it is released. If the collected stormwater does not meet the release criteria, an application for approval is sought from New Plymouth District Council before it is pumped to the trade waste system. Results of monitoring are reported by Corteva to the Council, and samples of stormwater are taken by the Council for comparative laboratory analysis.
