The Company is required to submit a wide range of data under the conditions of their DWI consent.
As required by the conditions of their consent, the Company has submitted an Injection Operation
Management Plan for each active injection well. The plans are required to include the operational details of
the injection activities and to identify the conditions that would trigger concerns about the integrity of the
injection well, the receiving formation
analysis. Odour surveys were also undertaken during inspections. Data was supplied by the
Company and reviewed by the Council.
The Company are currently carrying less pigs than their consented allowance and have no plans to increase
stock numbers, citing instability within the pork industry. Therefore, the Company was unable to discharge
effluent to the consented 100 ha of cut and carry pasture this monitoring period, with just 84.04 ha utilised
for cut and carry operations, resulting in a

and disposal at Bonny Glen landfill. The disposal of cleanfill is still permitted at the site, and the site has
been identified as a contingency landfill in the event that refuse could not be disposed of at an active

Approximately 1.78 ha of the site has been used for landfilling. As required by the conditions of the consent,
