Enforcement Provisions and Procedures - Resource Management Act - published 2006
This operational document serves to set out as fas as is practicable, the manner in which the Council and its officers will act when implementing the Resource Management Act's enforcement provisions. It is, however, more than just a reiteration of field practice.
