The Regional Air Quality Plan for Taranaki has been under review.
At its meeting on 10 August 2010, the Taranaki Regional Council made its decisions on submissions to the Proposed Regional Air Quality Plan for Taranaki.

The Proposed Regional Air Quality Plan for Taranaki as amended following decisions on submissions is a revised version of the notified Proposed Regional Air Quality Plan for Taranaki showing the changes made to the various provisions of the Plan as a result of decisions on submissions.
All those who made submissions and further submissions to the Proposed Regional Air Quality Plan have been forwarded a copy of the decisions and a copy of the revised Proposed Regional Air Quality Plan amended in response to decisions on submissions. Submitters have 30 working days from the receipt of the Council's decisions in which to appeal the Council's decisions on their submission to the Environment Court.

Subsequently, the Committee will make recommendations to the Taranaki Regional Council concerning decisions on submissions.
