Rain - Brooklands Zoo at New Plymouth

Rainfall data is automatically sent from remote monitoring sites back to a council computer database every 30 minutes.  The latest hourly and half-hourly data is analysed and published to the website at approximately 15 and 45 minutes past each hour.  Please note that timestamps are in NZST (one hour behind during daylight saving), and for rainfall data - the timestamp indicates the start of the half hour period being displayed.

Records from site began: 26/06/2011 Notes: This site carries on from an old NZMS site (New Plymouth - Monthly) which had over 100 years of rainfall records from 1871-1973.   Site is owned by NPDC and maintained by TRC.
