Annual plans set out the Council's plans activities, and how they will be resourced, on a year-by-year basis, and annual reports assess the Council's actual performance.
Every three years, a Long-Term Council Community Plan is prepared, setting activity and resourcing details for the next three years, with a further seven years in outline.
