Citylink weekday commuter services run on nine routes within urban New Plymouth, as well as between New Plymouth and Bell Block-Waitara, and New Plymouth and Omata-Oakura.
There are also two Saturday services covering urban New Plymouth and Bell Block.
The Hawera-New Plymouth Connector runs four return services each weekday and its route includes Inglewood and Egmont Village.

Weekday routes 1 to 9 and Saturday routes 10 and 11 are "circle services" - beginning and ending, in most cases, at the Ariki St Bus Centre. Routes 20 (Bell Block-Waitara) and 40 (Oakura) and the Stratford service are conventional two-way routes.
Members of the public can also use Citylink school services.
Citylink receives funding support from the Western Institute or Technology at Taranaki (WITT) for the provision of free student travel on all Citylink services. Students must show a valid and current WITT ID to be eligible.
