Citylink weekday commuter services run on nine routes within urban New Plymouth, as well as between New Plymouth and Bell Block-Waitara, and New Plymouth and Omata-Oakura.
There are also two Saturday services covering urban New Plymouth and Bell Block. Citylink operator Tranzit Coachlines also operates a Thursday Inglewood-New Plymouth return service under contract to the Taranaki Regional Council.
Weekday routes 1 to 9 and Saturday routes 10 and 11 are "circle services" - beginning and ending, in most cases, at the Ariki St Bus Centre. Routes 20 (Bell Block-Waitara) and 40 (Oakura) and the Inglewood service are conventional two-way routes. Members of the public can also use Citylink school services.
